The committee consists of a Chairperson and committee members as needed.  The committee is responsible for raising funds for the benefit of needy families during the year in addition to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.  Until determined otherwise, the committee is responsible to produce the annual Basket Raffle held in November of each membership year.  They will need to promote within our membership this event and organize the collection and raffle of Baskets in order to make available funds for families in need.  Within this committee is a sub committee who will be responsible for locating and administering the funds as applicable, either as gift certificates or wrapped gifts, to families as suggested by our general membership.  The number of families will be determined by funds raised.
