Message Boards are a method of communication similar to bulletin boards where a topic - of general interest to the membership - is posted; other members can add their own comments to the discussion. 

To start a topic or to add to a topic, members must do a one-time join and thereafter login to the message board.  NOTE: joining is not required to read messages.
